We are seeking a CFO with a hands-on mentality and ready to be a part of this exciting journey, participating in shaping processes and systems from scratch off. Your Responsibilities 

As our CFO, you'll strategically and operationally handle all finance and control tasks. This includes robust financial control, project control and business control setup and execution. In the scale up face off building our company, you start with handle all operational task hands-on yourself. You'll also oversee all back-office processes, from Legal, Contract Management to HR and IT, which currently are outsourced and internally supported by our Office Manager. In addition, you'll establish a structure with business plans and reviews, optimizing rolling forecasts, aligning our ERP information system and ensuring optimal subsidy flow,  and investment accountability. The relocation to a new location next year will be handled also under your purview.

The Team

You'll be part of an enthusiastic team of 15 ambitious colleagues, fostering a collaborative atmosphere with Friday afternoon drinks, and Thursday team fitness. We collaborate with numerous external parties to bring in specific expertise. The current Executive board comprises a CEO and COO, who collectively report to the Board of Directors.

Your Profile 

Proven financial leadership experience as CFO, finance manager or senior business controller. From this position, you possess both a strategic overview and a practical 'hands-on, can-do' mentality. Your approach is entrepreneurial, down-to-earth, and no-nonsense. As a must, you have managerial experience in a production, service and project-oriented technical environment.  You have experience in an international organization that produces and globally sells its own brand products. You must live in The Netherlands within a maximum 1-hour commuting distance from the Brainport Region (Eindhoven).
