To this end, our CFO is looking for an assistant with a "can do" mentality, for the financial administration department, with growth opportunities to Assistant Controller with part-time or full-time options.


Vacancy Employee Financial Officer + Assistant Controller in Geldrop + Hybrid

What are you going to do?

You are operationally responsible for all financial work with the opportunity to continuously develop yourself by constantly taking on new tasks. We give you space and possibilities. You start with the following responsibilities: 

  1. Customer invoicing and collection;
  2. Processing purchase invoices;
  3. Processing bank transactions;
  4. Review of timerecording;
  5. Processing salary changes and personnel administration;
  6. You ensure that we comply with the administrative processes in a timely and correct manner;
  7. There is room to implement continuous improvements and optimizations to work more efficiently in our processes and ERP system. 


In addition to implementation, building and optimising, there is room to develop and take on broader tasks, such as financial control tasks, a role in the month-end closing and the generation of analyses and reports.

What kind of background do you have?

  • You have an affinity with financial work and automation;
  • You are curious, accurate, eager to learn and want to implement continuous improvement;
  • The right attitude is a must: you know how to get things done and have a "can do" mentality;
  • Your affinity is a must for us, a financial education is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • There is room for candidates with or without experience, from working student or starter to senior;
  • You are available for at least 24 hours, but 32 or 40 hours is also possible;
  • You can be present at the office at least 2 days a week and if necessary;
  • You live at a maximum of 1-hour travel time from Geldrop or Eindhoven.
