Due to growth of our organization we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team and the entire sales process.


Role description

As Internal Sales Specialist, you have an important role in supporting our external sales team. In this position you manage customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining our positive relationships with our respected clients, and collaborating with other departments (e.g. development & engineering) to deliver an exceptional service.


Our customer focused team consists of direct and indirect technical sales professionals in Europe, Asia and USA as well as marketing, application engineers, sales engineers and service engineers.

Further responsibilities include:

Acquisition and sales

  • Mapping target accounts and target submarkets;
  • Acquisition: initiating sales processes by building relationships;
  • Acquisition: qualifying potential prospects;
  • Scheduling appointments through calls, e-mails, social media posts & likes and online messages;
  • Arranging follow-up meetings in agenda’s of Sales Managers;
  • Organising product demo’s;
  • Creating product-specific offers;
  • Processing of PO-offers;
  • Contract management;
  • Being point of contact for (prospective) clients.


Marketing

  • Creating sales support material, e.g. PPT’s for applications of our systems;
  • Competition analyses; comparisons of hard specifications with competitors.


Our ideal candidate has / is:

  • At least 3 years of experience;
  • Experience in a (high-tech) technology driven environment is considered a plus;
  • At least a vocational degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or related;
  • Affinity with, or work experience in semiconductor industry;
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral;
  • Dutch is considered a plus;
  • Experience with working with different cultures.

  • A permanent contract;
  • Fulltime salary between €32.400 - €54.000 euro gross per year, excluding holiday allowance;
  • 25 holidays;
  • 8% holiday allowance;
  • Annual bonus;
  • Option to participate in our pension arrangements.


The process

Our application procedure consists of three interview rounds. The first interview will be with a colleague from our team and our recruiter. A second interview will be held with the hiring manager(s). In a last round we discuss the offer we would like to make you. We strive to finish the procedure within 4 weeks from applying.
