Mission
Our mission is to enable our customers to qualify their products on particle cleanliness and help them in finding the root causes of their particle contamination.
Due to growth of our organization, we are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to help us overseeing important company projects by making sure we maintain course for set deadlines and deliverables.
Role description
As Technical Project Manager you are driving New Product Introductions in a multidisciplinary way of working. You secure alignment on the charter, collect estimates of effort and expenses, plan ahead and have focus on securing deliverables. In this role you will work closely with our internal stakeholders (e.g. engineers and management), external suppliers and our clients. This to ensure our systems are delivered in time, according to correct specifications and budgets and most important, optimal customer satisfaction. You have an important role in coordinating progress, ensuring technical quality and managing timelines, budgets, and potential risks. Ideally, you combine project management experience with technical knowledge to ensure deliverables are met in time. Your experience and technical knowledge enables you to spot potential pitfalls during projects that could cause delays.
For this position we are looking for a specialist who, preferably, has experience (or affinity) within the semiconductor industry.
Further responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate multiple high-tech projects simultaneously , including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on meeting (technical) milestones;
- Act as technical point of contact for project teams and stakeholders; understand technical requirements and ensure they are correctly implemented;
- Collaborate with clients and our technical team to define technical specifications and project objectives;
- Identify potential (technical) risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensuring quality of delivered products meets industry standards and client expectations;
- Cooperating with both internal and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, engineering) to report on progress and manage expectations;
- Oversee project costs to ensure projects stay within budget; monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Our ideal candidate has / is:
- 5-10 years of experience;
- A Bachelor degree in Mechanical-, Electrical-, Mechatronics Engineering, Physics or related;
- Experience in a (high-tech) technology driven environment;
- Experience with NPI, PCP or PGP processes is considered a plus;
- PMP or Prince2 certification is considered a plus;
- Affinity with, or work experience in semiconductor industry;
- Fluent in English, both written and oral;
- Dutch is preferred;
- Experience with working with different cultures.

The process
Our application procedure consists of three interview rounds. The first interview will be with a colleague from our team and our recruiter. A second interview will be held with the hiring manager(s). In a last round we discuss the offer we would like to make you. We strive to finish the procedure within 4 weeks from applying.
